As an entrepreneur & a business owner myself, I know how important it is to you that you & your business thrive. I also know how important downtime & family time is, I am a busy mom of little ones.

A little about me:

  • I know what it feels like to have no work-life balance. IT SUCKS. As a planner & someone with a Type A personality, I also know what it feels like to feel like YOU have to do it all. I promise you, the wheels will not fall off the bus if you seek help from others like myself.

  • I’ve worked in education for 17 years. I know how important it is to prioritize wellness from experience. I also know how not prioritizing it can lead to burnout & ALL KINDS of other health-related issues REAL quick.

  • Wellness is something I am passionate about. I nerd out on this stuff! For 7 years, I have received annual education on the topic through a company I’ve worked for. I have taught classes on it at yoga studios, chiropractic clinics, a hospital, a wellness center, & public libraries. I love learning about it & helping others on their wellness journey.

  • My knowledge & passion for wellness will help you gain new clients & keep the clients you have because I can speak to their specific pain points. As a consumer of wellness products, I am well-versed in the solutions they are looking for.
